About me

About me

After the pandemic began, I was looking for a hobby and I found cooking is very therapeutic. When I first started cooking, I was clumsier than I thought. I was so clumsy that I couldn't follow the recipes that were in the cookbooks.

But I found my way to be around in the kitchen, the most simple and easiest way to enjoy what I love, which is cooking with my instinct. I wanted to have a little experiment to see if I can come up with an easy simple recipe without effort.  I started thinking of it as a little bit like a science fair. Eventually, effortless yet delicious cooking became my goal.  I started to love cooking more and more, and I began to love serving my food to my family and friends. Then I decided to introduce my recipes here because I thought that if I could introduce something I could make, anyone should be able to make it.

The recipes I offer are naturally geared toward beginners and those who are not good at cooking. I want to provide recipes that are delicious, easy to make and enjoyable in the process of cooking. I'm hoping that my recipes will become a reason for readers to like more cooking or interest in cooking!

My goal is to post a variety of such recipes to make readers believe that they can become a good chef even if they think that they aren’t. I want to provide a content where make you feel confident in cooking and make you realize that cooking is so much fun and it’s a deep subject than you think.

Food is culture and communication. Good food brings good connections and good conversation at the dinner table. I’m looking forward to posting more recipes that bring people together as one.
