1)Dice the onion and tomato to a small bite size
2)Get lemon juice

1)Combined white vinegar and soy sauce for 1:2
2)Add hot pepper paste ( as much as you want)
3)Add lemon juice ( till you taste the freshness)
4)Add fresh diced onions and tomatoes. Enjoy!
