Shopping list:
1)Chicken breast/thighs
2)Sesame oil
3)Garlic (optional)
4)Ziplocs/any bags for marinating meats
Preparation
1) Marinade chicken with sesame oil (you can add minced garlic (optional))
2)Leave slice of a slice of chicken per min.
Ex: 2 chicken breasts for 2 minutes
Steps
1)Heat up the pan with any oil.
2)Grill chicken at high medium heat for both side until golden crispy color (if you want to make it extra crispy, press down chicken breast such as using weight on the chicken)
3)Use original sauce for a taste with chicken. Enjoy!
